Cut Down on Research Time with Quick Search

Recruiters can spend a lot of time researching candidates. Whether it's because we need to dive deeper into their history, online presence, or more commonly, we are on the hunt for contact information.


The Quick Search tool will help you quickly perform a Google Search and can be triggered from every contact record.

How To

1) Let's open a Contact Record on our account. You can open a contact record from within a Requisition or your main list of contacts - the Quick Search tool is available on both records.

2) Next to their contact's name is the Quick Action list. This is where you'll find the Quick Search tool icon. To launch the tool and perform a search simply click the icon.

3) We will open a new tab in your Internet Browser and use the contact's First Name, Last Name, and Company Name to perform a search for you.
