🛑 Important: Pipeline deletion isn’t supported, however you can adjust the Pipeline Status to remove it from your dashboard.
How to Remove a Pipeline from Your Dashboard
💡 Changing a pipeline's status keeps all contacts and activity history intact while removing it from your main dashboard view.
Steps to Remove a Pipeline from Your Dashboard
- Open the pipeline you want to remove from your dashboard.
- Click the Status dropdown in the upper right corner of the pipeline.
- Set the status of the pipeline to any option other than Active.
The pipeline is now removed from your dashboard view but remains accessible when needed.
🧠 All contacts, notes, and activity history are preserved when you change a pipeline's status. You can reactivate the pipeline at any time by changing its status back to Active
🛑 Important: All contacts assigned to a inactive Pipeline will no longer show the "Possible Duplicate" indicator when viewing Loan Officer or Real Estate Agents in Market Insights
How to View Inactive Pipelines
To find pipelines that are not in the Active stage:
- Navigate to the Pipeline dashboard.
- Click the Status dropdown in the upper right corner of the app.
- Select the status you want to view (such as Closed, On Hold, or any other non-Active status).
Your inactive pipelines will now be visible, and you can reactivate them by changing their status back to Active.
