Exporting enriched properties from Borrower Insights

Learn how to export enriched properties to excel directly from Borrower Insights

When you're ready to take your borrower data into a CRM, a dialer, or a spreadsheet, you can export it to CSV.

Borrower Insights writes a wide, analysis-ready file with the borrower's contact details and the full loan and property picture.

💡 You should know that only enriched loans are exported. Un-enriched rows have no contact data to write, so they're skipped — this keeps your file clean and useful.

Before you export

Export is enabled once at least one loan in your selection has been enriched. If nothing in scope is enriched yet, the "Export Loans" button stays disabled and prompts you to enrich first.

Exporting your loans

  1. Select the loans you want to export (or work from your enriched history).
  2. Now let's click "Export Loans" in the toolbar.
  3. Your CSV downloads automatically, named with today's date (e.g. borrower-insights-2026-06-28.csv).

What's in the CSV

Each enriched loan becomes one row. Columns include:

  • Borrower & property — Borrower Status, Property Address, City, State, ZIP, Transaction Date, Borrower 1 & 2, Current Property Owner, Mailing Address.
  • Contact details — the skip-traced person, up to 4 phone numbers (with type and DNC status) and 2 emails, plus TCPA Litigator and TCPA DNC compliance flags.
  • Financials — Calculated Interest Rate, Current Balance (Modeled), Equity Balance, Equity %, Home Value and confidence.
  • Loan & deal — Loan Officer and NMLS ID, Employer, Broker, Lender, Transaction Type, Loan Type, Mortgage Amount, Sold Amount, Listing Price, Buyer Agent and Listing Agent (with offices).

🧠 The compliance columns (DNC, TCPA Litigator) are written as True/False, so you can filter out litigators and do-not-call numbers in bulk right in your spreadsheet.

Skipped rows and the export warning

If your selection mixes enriched and un-enriched loans, the "Export Loans" button tooltip tells you how many will be skipped. Only enriched rows are written; the rest are left out of the file.

Enrich-and-export in one step

If you click "Export Loans" with un-enriched loans selected, Borrower Insights offers to enrich them first so they make it into your file.

You can either enrich and export together, or choose "Skip & export" to download just what's already enriched.

FAQs

Why are some of my selected loans missing from the CSV?

Only enriched loans are exported. Any loan that hasn't been enriched (or came back with no details) is skipped, since it has no contact data to include.

What format is the file?

A standard CSV that opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CRM import.

How do I screen out do-not-call numbers?

Filter on the "TCPA DNC," "TCPA Litigator," and per-phone "DNC" columns — they're written as True/False for easy spreadsheet filtering.

Can I export my whole enriched history at once?

Yes. Open the "Enriched" view, select your records, and click "Export Loans."
