Learn how to export contacts directly from your Pipelines
You can export contacts from your Pipelines in Model Match directly to a CSV file. This allows you to use Model Match data in other tools that support CSV imports.

What fields are included with Standard Contact Exports?
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Numbers
- Email Addresses
- Company Name
- Created Date
- Street Address

- State
- Zip Code

- NMLS ID (if available)
- Last Updated Date
- Pipeline Name
- Contact Stage
- Assigned Team Member
- Model Match Contact URL
Export contacts from a pipeline (Standard)
1. Open the Pipeline that houses the contacts you want to export.
2. Using the checkbox next to each name select which contacts you want to export.
💡 To select all contacts that are visible on a page click the checkbox located at the top of the contact list. You can export up to 1000 contacts at a time and can select multiple pages of contacts.
3. Located at the bottom of the contact list click "Send to" and select "Export to CSV".
4. Select which fields you would like included in your export file using the toggle next to each available header. Click "Next".
5. Select a location on your computer where you would like to save your export file. Click "Save".
6. We will now show you the progress of your export. Once you receive the "Complete" status update, click "Finish". You're file can be located at the location you selected in the previous step.
🧠 It is important to note do not close the window or screen while your export is processing or you will need to restart the process. You can, however, move to another tab while your export is processing.
Export Contacts to a CSV (Premium)
With access to Premium exports you gain access to additional attributes, and metrics with each export. Additionally, you are able to export all contacts within a Pipeline.

Exporting contacts from a pipeline (Premium)
1. Open the pipeline where your contact are stored.
2. To export all contacts assigned to the pipeline click "Export Contacts"
You should know that you do not have to export all contacts! You can select individual or groups of contacts. Click here to learn how.
3. Select a location on your computer where you'd like to save the export file, and change the file name if needed.
4. Toggle OFF any metrics and attributes you wish to not be included in your export file.
5. We will now display the progress of your export.
