How to log into Model Match

Logging into Model Match takes less than a minute. You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email, or use a single sign-on (SSO) option like Google, Microsoft, or Passkey. This guide walks you through both methods.

Sign in with your email

Model Match uses passwordless login, so there's nothing to remember. Just follow these steps:

Go to the Model Match login page

Open your browser and head to https://app.modelmatch.com.

Enter your email address

Type your email into the email field, then click Login.

Open the confirmation email

Check your inbox for an email from login@modelmatch.com with the subject line "Sign in to Model Match." 

💡If you don't see it within a minute, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. We recommending adding @modelmatch.com to your safe-senders list.

Click the sign-in link

Inside the email, click the Sign in to Model Match button, or use the backup link provided just below it.

Confirm and continue

A new tab will open. Click Continue to Model Match to finish signing in.

You're in.

Sign in with SSO

Prefer one click instead of an email? Use single sign-on.

  1. Go to https://app.modelmatch.com.
  2. Choose your provider: Google, Microsoft, or Passkey.
  3. Follow the prompts from your provider to authenticate.

Once verified, you'll land directly in your Model Match dashboard.

Troubleshooting login issues

Didn't get the email? Check spam, confirm you entered the right address, and request a new link.

Link expired? Magic links are valid for 10 minutes. Just return to app.modelmatch.com and request a new one.

SSO not working? Make sure you're signing in with the same email tied to your Model Match account. If your team uses SSO, contact your admin to confirm access.
