Open Find a Person from the home screen

From the Model Match home screen, locate the Find a Person card and click it. You'll see two options:

  • Loan officer (search by name or NMLS ID)
  • Real estate agent (search by name or state license number)

Click Loan Officer.

Enter a name or NMLS ID

In the dropdown, type the loan officer's name or NMLS ID. Either one works. Click Search.

Review the best matches

You'll be taken to the loan officer search page. At the top, you'll see a Best Matches section. Model Match takes what you entered and surfaces the closest match to a name or NMLS ID it has on record.

👋 You can always add additional filters from the filter panel to narrow down your search even further. This can help when searching for a loan officer with a common name.

Open the profile

Once you spot the right loan officer, click their name to open the full profile. From there, you can dig into their production, relationships, and everything else Model Match tracks.
