Search for offices in your area
From the Model Match home screen, click Search in an Area. You'll see options for loan officers, agents, and real estate offices. Select Real Estate Offices.
From there, choose how you want to search:
- City
- Zip code
- County
- State
Select your preferred area type, type in the location, and choose it from the dropdown. Model Match will return every real estate office in that area.
Read the search results
Your results give you a high-level snapshot of every office in the area, including:
- Office name
- Total volume
- Buy-side volume
- Sell-side volume
- Team size
- Top partner (the originator doing the most volume with that team on the buy side)
That top partner column is especially useful. You can immediately see which loan officer already owns the relationship, without drilling into individual profiles.
Narrow your results with filters
If you're searching a larger area, like a full state or multiple states, use the filters on the left-hand side to focus your list. You can filter by:
- Volume
- Units
- Team size
- Builders (whether the office works with builders)
This helps you cut a broad list down to the offices that actually fit your strategy.
Open an office profile
Click any office name to open its full profile. At the top, you'll see:
- Total agents
- Total volume
- Units
- Average sold price
- Average list price
- Average volume per agent
Scroll down to the overview tab to see the buyer versus listing side breakdown, the loan type breakdown on the buy side (so you know what types of borrowers the agents work with), and a list of both buyer-side and seller-side originator relationships, including volume, units, and total wallet share.
Check the agent roster and top 3 concentration
Click Agent Roster at the top of the office profile to see every agent at that location.
Pay close attention to the Top 3 Concentration percentage. This shows how much of the office's total volume is produced by just the top three agents.
You'll also see total volume, average volume per agent, and a full agent list. Click any agent's name to open their profile and dig into their overview, transactions, and originator relationships.
Start from an agent instead
You don't have to start with an area search. If you're already looking at a specific agent's profile, scroll to Office Location near the top.
Click the name of the Real Estate Office and jump straight to the office profile, so you can see the rest of the team, top originator relationships, and volume concentration in one click.
