How to update your payment method or view invoices in Model Match
Manage your plan, payment method, billing details, and invoices. This guide walks through each task so you can keep your account in good standing.
Accessing your billing details
Sign in to Model Match and open Settings.
From the navigation menu, click Billing.
You'll land on the Billing page, where every section below lives.
Viewing your current plan
Your active plan appears at the top of the Billing page. This shows you which Model Match plan your workspace is currently subscribed to.
Upgrading your plan
Click View all plans to see every plan available to your workspace.
Select the plan you'd like to move to and confirm the change. All users on your workspace will be moved to the new plan automatically.
Editing your billing details
In the Billing Details section, click Edit to update:
- Name on the account
- Billing email address
- Billing address
Save your changes when finished. Invoices and billing notifications will be sent to the updated email address going forward.
Updating your payment method
In the Payment Method section, click Manage.
From here you can add a new card, replace your current payment method, or update card details like the expiration date and billing ZIP.
Viewing and downloading invoices
The Billing page shows your most recent invoices by default. To see your full history, click More invoices.
You can view or download any previous invoice associated with your account directly from this list.
Canceling your plan
Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click Cancel plan.
Your account will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll keep access to Model Match until that period ends. After that, your workspace will be deactivated.
