How to use the Smart Borrower Search

The Smart Borrower search in Borrower Insights uses natural language to find the type of borrower that you're searching for. In short, you can simply talk to Model Match and let AI find borrowers based on the details of their current mortgage.

Using Smart Borrower search

All users who have access to Borrower Insights have access to the Smart Borrower Search. 

You can access the Smart Borrower Search in two locations; from the Add Filter menu, or the Suggested Filters area. 

Via the Add Filter menu

1. Click 'Add Filter' in the upper right corner of the results table

2. Click 'Smart Borrower Search' at the top of the list of available filters

 💡Suggested Filters are shown when no results are showing in Borrower Insights. If results are currently showing, click "Clear Filters" or access the 'Smart Borrower Search' from the Add Filter's menu
