How you can mange your subscription, payment details and per member views of usage


💡 Your plan controls feature access for the whole team. Upgrading can unlock tools and higher limits for everyone at once.

💡 Billing options may not be available if your on a custom Enterprise plan. If settings are not available, contact your Customer Success Manager for details

Viewing your plan

In workspace settings, let's open "Billing" to see your current plan, its status, the billing period, and what's included. This is your starting point for any billing change.

Upgrading or changing your plan

  1. Let's open "Billing."
  2. Choose "Upgrade" (or change plan).
  3. Pick the plan or tier that fits your team and confirm.

⭐ Some Model Match features are gated to specific plans. If a tool is missing for your team, your plan is the first place to check.

Managing payment methods

Payment details are handled through a secure billing portal. From "Billing," open the portal to add or update a card, view invoices, and manage payment settings.

💡 Card details live in the secure portal, not in Model Match, so your payment information stays protected.

Per-member billing summary

Billing includes a per-member summary, so you can see how usage and costs break down across your team. It's a quick way to understand where spend is going.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel from the billing area. Your plan stays active through the period you've already paid for. Afterward, the workspace moves to its default access level.

FAQs

Who can change the plan? Admins and the Owner. You can also delegate billing with a custom role. See Roles and permissions.

Will upgrading affect everyone? Yes. Plan features and limits apply to the whole workspace.

Where do I find invoices and receipts? In the secure billing portal, opened from the "Billing" area.

A feature I expected is missing. Is that a billing issue? Often, yes. Confirm your plan includes the feature. If it does and it's still missing, check your role.

What happens to credits if I cancel? Plan changes are separate from your credit balance. See Credits and spending for how credits work.
