Release Notes: April 13th
This week's release sharpens how you explore market signals, relationships, and search. A redesigned Market Signals report with a new Community Lending segment, one-click drill-in on any agent–LO relationship, and multi-location agent search across every location type
A Smarter Market Signals Experience
Market Signals has been redesigned to help you get to insights faster, with less scrolling and more focus.
- A new segmented layout makes it easier to navigate between Today’s Market, Volume & Trends, Borrower Profile, and Community Lending
- Community Lending introduces census-driven insights like underserved areas, LMI, CRA, and affordability trends
- Faster performance with data loading only where needed, keeping filters and navigation responsive
- Shareable views now remember exactly where you were, making collaboration easier
- NMLS users land directly on Today’s Market for a faster starting point
The result is a clearer path to understanding what’s happening in your market right now.
Deeper Relationship Insights
Understanding the connections between loan officers and agents is now more transparent and actionable.
- Click into any relationship to view the exact transactions behind it
- See key stats at a glance, including volume, units, average loan, and wallet share
- Drill down into transaction-level details like property, loan type, amount, rate, and term
- Open a full Property Timeline for additional context on any deal
- Optimized for mobile with a clean, full-width experience
This makes it easier to validate relationships, prepare for outreach, and understand partnership dynamics quickly.
More Powerful Agent Location Filtering
Location-based agent searches are now more flexible and consistent across the platform.
- Multi-select is supported across zip, city, county, MSA, state, and region
- MSA and region filters are now available in Office mode
- Improved county matching ensures more accurate results, even for saved searches
You can now combine multiple locations into a single search instead of running them separately.
More Reliable Exports and Cleaner Workflows
Exports and row selection behavior have been improved to ensure consistency between what you see and what you get.
- All originator filters now apply to exports, including experience, company, market share, and more
- Row selections automatically reset when filters change to prevent stale data
- Range-based filters now display clean numeric values instead of dollar formatting
- Applies across originators, agents, and branches
Less second-guessing and more confidence in your data exports.
Notes from the Team
This release is focused on depth and trust. Deeper context within Market Signals and relationship data, and greater confidence that what you see in search is exactly what you’ll get when you filter, select, or export.
