A New Way Into Mortgage Branches

Market Search now includes a dedicated Mortgage Branches card alongside Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Offices, and Loan Officers — giving branch-level prospecting its own clear entry point. Card copy has been rewritten to focus on what each search helps you accomplish, and the grid now lays out cleanly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Agent Title Companies — Restored and Expanded

The Title Companies tab on agent profiles now returns data reliably and matches the experience on originator profiles.

  - A new Buyer / Seller / All filter lets you slice title-company production by side, with Buyer selected by default
  - Side switches keep prior results visible with a loading overlay so the view never goes blank mid-refresh

Sharper Transaction Filtering

A handful of small but meaningful improvements to the transactions experience on agent and originator profiles:

  - The filter button is now labeled "Filter Transactions" to match "Export Transactions"
  - The filter popover stays anchored beneath the button and no longer flips or clips when accordion sections expand
  - Agent loan-type filter now shows only loan types that apply to purchase transactions (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgage, Commercial, Balloon, Building, Other)
  - A new info icon next to the agent transactions search explains sort order and cash-transaction timing

Faster Search Navigation

Clicking a row in the Agents, Originators, and Companies search tables now opens the profile on the first click, even when a text filter still holds focus.
