What's in this release?
A Cleaner, Faster Industry Movement Report
Five clearly labeled chapters now sit in the left rail: License Movement, Most Gained & Lost, Cohort View, Market Movement, and Notable Transitions. Each chapter opens with a plain-English takeaway that adapts to the data and is flagged as AI-assisted, so the headline reads itself.
Geography matches Pulse
The state-level view uses the same methodology as Pulse and reflects every state with movement, not just the top 15.
Cohort View, simplified
Three KPI tiles show average pre- and post-move production per mover, with units in each tier label. The empty space below them is gone.
Notable Transitions, scannable
A flat table with shorter column headers and a tighter search field, mirroring the Agent Transactions tab.
Where Talent Flows, decluttered
Most Gained, Most Lost, and Geography are separated by spacing and typography instead of nested sub-cards.
Mobile filters in a drawer
On smaller screens, Loan Type, Transaction Type, and Status filters in Market Signals open in a drawer.
Across the report, "firms" is now "lenders," and segment and chapter titles have been tightened to match how mortgage recruiters and managers talk about the market.
