Release Notes - May 14th, 2026

This release includes a major storytelling pass on the Industry Movement Report, improvements to export progress messaging, and a new field in the LO Production Report.

What’s in this release?

A Clearer Industry Movement Report

The Industry Movement Report now does more than show movement. It helps explain it.

We’ve added new summary cards, callouts, and context throughout the report so you can better understand where loan officers are moving, which companies are gaining momentum, and what the movement means.

Updates include:

  • New Boomerang and Rubberband insights to help identify when loan officers return to a prior company or leave shortly after making a move
  • New spotlight cards in the movement flow section to quickly show which companies are gaining and losing talent
  • A featured mover card that highlights a high-production loan officer transition
  • Top destination callouts that show where movement is concentrating
  • Hot and quiet market summaries to help identify where license movement is most active
  • City-level drill-in context within the geography view
  • New Pulse framing that shows newly licensed and inactive loan officers as a share of the total active NMLS population
  • Net-flow peak callouts to help identify the strongest period of movement in the selected range
  • New volume movement context in the Cohort View, showing how production changed before and after transitions
  • Sample-size transparency so users have more context when reviewing cohort-level changes

The goal is to make Industry Movement easier to read at a glance while still giving teams the depth they need to investigate what is happening in the market.

Improved Industry Movement Storytelling

We also refreshed the way Industry Movement presents key takeaways across the report.

Instead of requiring users to scan every table and chart on their own, the report now surfaces more of the important context directly in the experience. This helps recruiting, leadership, and market strategy teams move from “what changed?” to “what should I pay attention to?” faster.

Export Status Improvements

We improved the export experience across search pages.

Export progress messages are now more reliable and easier to follow, especially when running larger exports or exporting from Companies.

Updates include:

  • Cleaner export status messaging
  • Better handling when there are no results to export
  • Improved “Export again” behavior so filters stay intact
  • Improved support for company export pagination

This should make exports feel more predictable and reduce confusion when working with larger datasets.
