Release Notes - May 19th, 2026
This release focuses on making search and company insights more precise, more reliable, and easier to act on.
What’s in this release?
We’ve added more control to Agent Search, improved Company Relationship filtering, cleaned up location behavior, and added new Company Profile metrics to help users better understand team stability and production opportunity.
More Control Over Agent Search
Agent Search now includes more ways to narrow in on the right opportunities.
Users can now search for agents based on the sales price ranges they typically work in. This makes it easier to identify agents who focus on specific market segments, including higher-value properties.
Instead of only looking at who is active in a market, users can now better understand the type of business an agent may be focused on.
Improved Company Relationship Filtering
The Company Relationship filter now gives users more control over what counts as a meaningful relationship.
Previously, any single buy-side transaction with a loan officer at your company could count as a relationship. Now, users can set a minimum relationship threshold, including 2+, 5+, 10+, or a custom number of transactions.
This helps separate one-off activity from stronger referral partner relationships.
Cleaner Team Relationship Results
We’ve also improved how Company Relationship results are calculated.
When viewing agents who work with loan officers at your company, we now exclude your own NMLS ID from the team relationship calculation reducing potential noise.
This creates a cleaner view of where agents are connected to other team members, not just you already have history.
This is especially helpful for identifying team overlap, whitespace, and net-new referral partner opportunities.
More Reliable Location Filtering
We improved how location filters behave when switching between Office Location and Production Location.
You can now switch between location views, and result totals stay consistent with the selected location type.
This makes location-based searches more reliable, especially when comparing where agents are based versus where they are actually producing.
New Company Profile Tenure Metric
Company Profiles now include a new KPI showing the average amount of time current loan officers have been with the company.
This gives you another way to understand team stability, retention, and roster maturity at a glance.
It can be especially helpful when evaluating company momentum, recruiting opportunities, or changes in a company’s current roster.
Cleaner Company Profile Production Metrics
We’ve refined Company Profile reporting by combining volume and units into a cleaner KPI experience.
This reduces clutter and makes it easier to scan company-level performance without jumping between separate metrics.
Clearer Production Impact
Company Profile reporting has also been updated to focus on potential production impact.
This gives you a broader view of the production opportunity tied to company movement and roster changes, helping turn company insights into more actionable recruiting and market intelligence
