Release Notes: May 4th, 2026
This release adds an Average Loan Amount filter for Real Estate Offices, a new relationship filter on the Real Estate Agents search, improvements to Recruiting Momentum periods, and buyer and seller names in transaction tables and exports.
What's in this release?
New Average Loan Amount Filter for Real Estate Offices
The Real Estate Office (brokerage) rail now has an Average Loan Amount filter, giving you a faster way to target brokerages by deal size.
Buyer, seller, or both
A toggle picks which side of the deal to average over, defaulting to Buyer.
Presets and custom ranges together
Starter, Mid-Market, and Jumbo presets sit alongside Min and Max inputs, no toggle needed.
Cleaner number entry
Inputs format with commas as you type, on the new Real Estate Office filter and the existing Agents filter.
Improved Recruiting Momentum Periods
Period selections on the Company Profile, Recruiting Momentum tab now show a fuller and more consistent picture of company activity.
Year selections apply across every KPI with greater performance
Pick a calendar year and Total Production, Historical Production, Early Exits Cohort, and Headcount all line up with greater speed.
Buyers and Sellers in Transactions and Exports
The buyers and sellers tied to each deal now appear on Agent and LO transaction tables and in exports.
New columns in transaction tables
Each row shows the parties on the deal at a glance.
Split fields in CSV and XLSX exports
Adding Buyers or Sellers expands each side into separate first and last name columns, ready to use in your downstream tools.
Company names stay whole
When a buyer or seller is a business (for example, "ACME LLC"), the full name stays together rather than being split across columns.
Filter Agents by Relationship to Your Loan Officers
The Real Estate Agents search now lets you filter by whether an agent has closed deals with loan officers at your company. Useful for protecting existing relationships, surfacing agents your team already knows, or prospecting agents your shop hasn't yet connected with.
Three options
Choose Any, Works With, or Does Not Work With.
Built around buyer-side activity
The match focuses on buyer-side closings, where loan officer involvement happens.
Always reflects your current LO roster
The filter looks at the loan officers currently at your company, so newly hired and recently departed LOs are accounted for automatically.
Add your NMLS ID in one click
If your NMLS ID isn't on your profile yet, the filter prompts you to add it without leaving the page.
