This article will cover how to turn on Text Message notifications on your mobile device, in-browser notifications, and desktop notifications.
1. Log in to Model Match & click on the Settings icon.
2. Click "User Profile" from the list of Settings.
3. To edit your profile we will want to click on the pencil icon next to your name.
Email Notifications
1. You may receive email notifications on any email address to that you have access. By default, Model Match will send email notifications to your username (email address). To update this email address simply replace the existing email listed in the Notification Email field.
Caller ID and Text Message Notifications
1. To automatically populate your device like your cell phone, or landline phone number as Caller ID when placing outbound calls, enter this number in the "Phone" field.
2. To receive text notifications when you receive a new text message on your account, enter your mobile device phone number in the "SMS Phone" field.
You can receive text message notifications on any 10-digit phone number that accepts inbound text messages.
3. Now we will want to toggle ON "Send SMS Notifications of incoming messages". If this is the first time you've entered this number on your Profile, you will be prompted to verify your number. When prompted click "Verify Now".
4. You will receive a text message containing a code. To complete the verification, enter the provided code and click "Finished".
Browser Notifications
1. To receive notifications in your Browser (in-Tab and Desktop Notifications) you'll want to toggle on "Per Location Authorization".
To ensure you're receiving Browser notifications across all devices that you may use, you'll want to log on to each device and toggle on - per location authorization.
2. Click "Save" to save your changes.
