Troubleshooting - Exporting Real Estate Agents & Loan Officers

Troubleshooting "Browser does not support exports" message

This message appears when your browser does not support in-browser downloads or has restrictions that prevent the export function from working properly.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Switch to Google Chrome - While exports are supported across multiple browsers, we recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience
  2. Check your security settings - Verify that your browser's security settings allow downloads:
    • In Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Additional permissions > Automatic downloads
    • Ensure Model Match is allowed to download files automatically
  3. Disable browser extensions that might interfere with downloads:
    • Ad blockers
    • Security extensions
    • Download managers
    • Pop-up blockers
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies and try the export again
  5. Check your corporate network settings - If you're on a work network, your IT department may have restrictions on file downloads

💡 You should know that some corporate firewalls and security software can block in-browser downloads. Contact your IT department if you continue experiencing issues.

Troubleshooting "File location cannot be found" message

This message can appear when the connection to the location that was selected on your computer is no longer available.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Select a location that is available on your computer's internal drive - Choose a folder like Downloads, Desktop, or Documents that is stored locally on your device
  2. Avoid using external devices such as:
    • External hard drives
    • USB thumb drives
    • SD cards or other removable media
  3. Avoid using network drives such as:
    • OneDrive
    • Google Drive
    • SharePoint
    • Other cloud storage systems

💡 You should know that connection to external devices and network drives can be lost during the download process, causing the export to fail.

"I can only select 100 contacts at a time"

This is usually due to only selecting a single page of contacts from a Pipeline.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Select multiple pages of contacts by navigating to the next page of contacts and selecting the checkbox at the top of the contact table
  2. Export up to 1000 contacts at a time - There is no daily, weekly, or monthly limit. You can simply export another group of 1000 if needed
  3. Verify your plan for One-Click exports:
    • One-Click exports are available on Premium plans
    • If you're on a Premium plan, click "Export Contacts" located at the top of the contact list to export all contacts in the pipeline

💡 You should know that you can continue selecting contacts across multiple pages to reach the 1000 contact export limit.

"I am not seeing all columns on the export file"

This usually occurs when you toggled off one of the columns in the column selection popup.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Attempt a new export and verify that the column is shown on the column selection popup and it is toggled ON
  2. If the column is not showing at all on the column selection popup, the column may not be available for your plan to export. Refer to this article for additional details on available columns for different plans

💡 You should know that available export columns vary by plan type. Premium plans have access to more data columns than basic plans.

Best Practices for Successful Exports

To ensure smooth exports from your Pipelines:

  • Use Google Chrome for optimal compatibility
  • Disable unnecessary browser extensions before attempting exports
  • Ensure your browser is up to date with the latest version
  • Check that you have sufficient storage space on your device for the export file
