Troubleshooting - Not receiving emails from Model Match

If you're not receiving emails from Model Match such as in-app alerts, notifications, or communications from our team, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Adding Model Match to Your Safe Senders List

The most common reason for missing Model Match emails is that they're being filtered by your email provider's spam or junk filters.

It may possible that our emails may be getting placed into a quarantine folder, and you will need to release them into your inbox after review. This is common when systems like Mimecast or Outlook Protection is being used.

  1. Add the entire Model Match domain to your safe senders list by whitelisting @modelmatch.com

💡 You should know that adding the entire domain ensures you'll receive all communications from Model Match, including future email addresses we may use. 

If you do not have access to your Safe Senders list, you will need to connect with your IT team for further assistance.

Specific Email Addresses to Whitelist

If your email provider requires specific addresses rather than domains, add these Model Match email addresses to your safe senders list:

  • product@modelmatch.com

  • support@modelmatch.com

  • noreply@modelmatch.com

  • success@modelmatch.com

  • welcome@modelmatch.com

  • hello@modelmatch.com

  • data@modelmatch.com

Additional Steps

If you're still not receiving emails after whitelisting:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder - Our emails may have been automatically filtered there

  2. Verify your email address in your Model Match account settings to ensure it's correct

  3. Contact your IT department if you're using a corporate email - they may need to whitelist Model Match at the server level
