Learn how to upgrade yours or another team member's package on your account.
💡You must be an Admin to upgrade yourself or another team member's package. If you're not an Admin we recommend contacting your Admin or touching base with our Support Team at support@modelmatch.com.
🧠 Only accounts that have signed up through certain channels have access to upgrade their package. If you do not have access to update your package following the steps below please touch base with our Support Team at support@modelmatch.com or your assigned Customer Success Manager
Upgrading your account
1. Click on "Settings" from the navigation menu and select "Company Settings"
2. Click on the team member, or yourself, from the list of enabled users on your account and click "Upgrade Access".
3. Select the package that you wish to upgrade your account to and click "Submit".
💡 Access to all features will be available automatically. However, it may help to log out and back in if you don't see an available feature instantly.
