Viewing your past enrichments in Borrower Insights
Learn how to view all of your previously enriched transactions, export them, or recheck for updated information
Every loan you enrich is saved to your Borrower Insights history, so the borrower contact details you've already paid for are always one click away — no need to look them up again.
💡 You should know that once a loan is enriched, it stays enriched. Your history persists across sessions, page reloads, and navigating away — the contact data is never lost.

Opening your enriched history
- From Borrower Insights, let's open the "Enriched" view. Borrower Insights pulls your full enrichment history, page by page, and shows a progress counter while it loads larger books.
What you'll see
Your history lists every property you've enriched, with the borrower's contact details, calculated interest rate, equity, and home value already populated. Click any row to open the detail rail and see the full property and borrower record.
🧠 This is your rebuilt database. Anything you've enriched lives here, ready to work or export — without spending another credit.
Finding a specific borrower
- Use the search box at the top of the "Enriched" view to narrow your history to a specific borrower or property.
💡 You can also find past enrichments from the main search: under "Previously Enriched," choose "Have enriched" to filter your search results down to loans you've already worked.
Re-checking for newer contact data
Contact information changes over time. To refresh a record, select it and choose "Re-check" — this runs a fresh lookup (1 credit) and keeps your existing data if nothing new comes back. See "Enriching a property" for details.
Exporting from history
- Select the records you want and click "Export Loans" to download them as a CSV. See "Exporting enriched properties" for the full column list and tips.
FAQs
Do I have to pay again to view a borrower I already enriched?
No. Past enrichments are saved to your history, and viewing them is always free.
Why does loading take a moment on a big history?
Borrower Insights loads your enriched records in pages and shows a progress counter. Larger books simply take a few more rounds to finish.
My table reset after I navigated away — did I lose my enrichments?
No. Enriched data is saved and re-loads automatically. If a row briefly looks un-enriched, it re-populates from your history within a moment.
Can I get a fresh number for an old record?
Yes — use "Re-check" on the record. It runs a new lookup and only replaces your data if it finds something newer.
