More Depth in Originator Exports

You can now include four additional fields in your Originator Exports: Purchase %, Refinance %, Conventional %, and Government %.

These fields make it easier to evaluate a loan officer's production profile from your own tools. Whether you're building a recruiting shortlist of purchase-heavy originators, comparing conventional and government mix across a book of candidates, or rolling production data into a scorecard for leadership, you now have a clearer view of where each LO spends their time.

Faster, More Flexible Branch Exports

We've improved Branch Exports to make them faster and more useful for day-to-day reporting.

Export performance has been improved to help large exports run more efficiently, reducing friction when pulling branch-level data for analysis or sharing with your team. We also expanded the available fields within Branch Exports, giving you more flexibility in how you work with the data once it leaves the platform.

The result is a smoother export experience with more depth built in.

Unified Branch Exports

Branch exports now use the same export dialog as Originators and Transactions, so you get a consistent experience across the product no matter which view you're exporting from. The full Company, City, State branch string is preserved in the exported Branch Name column, keeping your downstream reports and shortlists clean.

Search the Branches Table

The Branches toolbar now includes instant search, so you can filter the table as you type. Match on branch name or NMLS ID, city or state, or branch manager name or NMLS ID — all from the same search box. For recruiters and branch managers working across a large footprint, this cuts the time it takes to zero in on a specific branch or group of branches.

A Cleaner Branches Table

We've tightened up how the Branches table displays information so it's easier to scan when you're reviewing dozens of branches at a time.

The Branch column now leads with City, State, with NMLS ID underneath. Parent-company names no longer repeat on every row, reducing visual noise across a full company footprint. And the Branch Manager cell now shows the manager's NMLS ID beneath their name, keeping everything you need for verification in one place.

Sharper Branch KPIs

Branch KPIs are now more accurate and easier to read at a glance. Producing Branches displays as a percentage with the unit count alongside, so you see both the rate and the raw number in one view. Top 3 Concentration has been tuned to be more accurate across every view. And KPIs stay frozen during active search, so the header doesn't shift around as you narrow results.

Company Profile Polish

Bank and credit union badges now display more reliably on depository lenders, so the company type you see on a profile matches what's on file.

New Average Loan Amount Filter for Agents

You can now filter agents by Average Loan Amount, making it easier to narrow your search based on the size of loans they typically work with.

This gives you another way to quickly surface agents who align with the markets, borrower profiles, and production opportunities you care most about. Whether you're looking for agents working in higher-balance loan segments or simply trying to refine a broad search, this filter adds a more practical layer of precision.

More Flexible Real Estate Agent Exports

Real Estate Agent exports now include City, giving you another useful field for sorting, segmenting, and working your data outside the platform. We also made a variety of export improvements to help make the overall experience more reliable and easier to use.

Real Estate Office Roster Exports

You can now export Real Estate Office rosters, making it easier to work with office-level agent lists, share them with your team, or take action outside of Model Match.

Better Real Estate Office Agent Roster Metrics

We improved the metrics shown across Real Estate Office Agent Rosters to make the data more useful and easier to trust when reviewing office-level activity and performance.
